Data Collection

Whispering Notes AI does not collect, transmit, store, or share any personal data, audio files, transcripts, or usage information. Zero telemetry. Zero analytics. Zero tracking.

Audio Processing

All audio and video processing occurs entirely on your local device using locally-stored AI models. No audio data is ever sent to any server, cloud service, or third party.

Internet Usage

An internet connection is only required for the initial one-time download of AI language models from Hugging Face (huggingface.co). After models are downloaded, the app functions completely offline.

Third-Party Services

The app does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or data collection services.

Stored Data

AI models are cached locally in your user profile directory. Transcripts and exports are saved only where you choose to save them. No data is stored in any location you have not explicitly selected.
