Short version: Your photos never leave your computer. Upscale Studio processes all images entirely on your device. We operate no servers and receive none of your data.

What the app does online

Nothing. All four AI models ship inside the app, verified against pinned SHA-256 hashes at load, so there is no first-run download and no network request in normal use. The app has no accounts, no licence check phoning home, and no update channel of its own.

What we collect

Nothing. No accounts, no analytics, no telemetry, no identifiers, no crash reporting service.

Your images

Images are opened, processed, and written back only where you choose. The app strips GPS location tags from output files by default; capture date, orientation, copyright and colour profile are preserved unless you disable metadata saving.
