PageForge converts ebooks between formats. It is built so that your books never leave your phone.
What we collect
Nothing. PageForge has no account, no analytics, no advertising and no crash reporting. It doesn't even have permission to use the internet, and we don't run any server for it to talk to.
Your books
- You choose files with Android's system file picker, or by using "Open with" or "Share" from another app. PageForge can only open the files you give it.
- While a book converts, a copy is kept in the app's private scratch folder on your phone. It is deleted when you finish or leave the book, and old scratch files are cleared automatically.
- Converted books are saved to Downloads/PageForge on your phone. Your original files are never modified.
- Books protected with DRM are detected and refused. PageForge does not remove copy protection.
Stored on your device
A list of your recent conversions (file name, formats, size and date) is saved in the app's private storage so the home screen can show it. You can remove entries or clear the list in the app; uninstalling PageForge deletes it.
Children
PageForge isn't directed at children under 13 and doesn't knowingly collect any information from anyone.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted at this address with a new effective date.
