Summary

Image Inspector is designed to analyze photos you choose on your device. The app does not require an account for core features. Processing is intended to happen locally on your device.

Information we collect

Information you provide

If you contact us by email, we may receive your email address and message content.

Information processed on-device

• Image files you select or share into the app
• Metadata extracted from those images (for example EXIF tags such as camera make/model, exposure settings, timestamps, and GPS coordinates when present)

We do not operate a login system inside the app for core features, and we do not intend to collect personal profiles through the app itself.

Optional internet features

The app may include optional features that can use the internet (for example enrichment lookups). If enabled in a future update, such features would only run when the device has connectivity and would be designed not to upload your full photos by default. If any optional feature transmits data, this policy will describe what is sent and why.

Current design intent: primary analysis remains local/offline-first.

Permissions

The app may request permissions needed to read images from your gallery, handle shared images, and save/export cleaned images depending on Android version and user actions.

Data sharing

We do not sell your personal information. If you email support, your message is handled like normal email correspondence.

Third-party services

Your device and Google Play may collect diagnostic or delivery-related information according to Google's policies when you install or update the app through Google Play.

Children's privacy

The app is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your region). Do not use the app if you are not old enough to consent where required.

Data retention

Data processed inside the app generally remains on your device unless you export/share it yourself. Support emails are retained only as long as needed to respond and handle requests.

Security

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. You are responsible for what you share from your device after exporting images.

Your choices

You can revoke permissions in Android settings. You can uninstall the app at any time.

International users

If you access the app from outside your country of residence, your information may be processed in accordance with this policy and applicable laws.

Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date will change when updates are posted.
