BatchLens Pro is an offline desktop application. It does not collect, transmit, sell, share or store personal information on behalf of the developer.

Image and file processing

Images are opened from locations the user explicitly selects and processed locally on the user's Windows device. Output files are written only to the destination selected by the user. The developer cannot view or access source images, output images, filenames, folders or processing settings.

Network access

BatchLens Pro does not contain account, cloud upload, advertising, analytics, telemetry, tracking or remote licensing features. The application does not require an internet connection for image processing. Microsoft Store may independently process purchase, licensing, installation and update information under Microsoft's own privacy terms.

Settings stored on the device

The application stores interface preferences such as the most recent output folder, output format, dimensions and watermark settings in the current user's local Windows settings. These preferences remain on the device and can be removed by uninstalling the application and clearing its local app data.

File metadata

At the user's direction, BatchLens Pro can preserve supported image metadata, remove EXIF GPS location data, or omit supported metadata from newly exported copies. Source files are not modified by these choices.

Children's privacy

BatchLens Pro does not collect information from anyone, including children.

Changes to this policy

If a future version introduces a feature that changes these practices, this policy will be updated before that version is distributed.
