Summary

Barcode Label Maker does not collect, transmit, sell or share any personal data. Everything you do in the app happens on your own computer.

What the app does with your information

• Spreadsheets and data you import or type are read into memory on your PC to lay out and print labels. They are never uploaded anywhere.
• Label projects are saved only when you choose Save project, to the file and folder you pick.
• PDF and PNG exports are written only to the location you choose.
• Preferences: your last label design (not your data), window size and last-used folder are stored in your Windows user profile so the app opens the way you left it. Uninstalling the app removes them.
• Printing sends pages to the printer you select through the standard Windows print system. If that printer is a network or cloud printer, Windows and the printer's driver handle the transfer, as they would for any other program.

What the app does not do

• No account, sign-in or registration.
• No internet connection: the app has no online features, update checks, analytics, crash reporting, advertising or telemetry.
• No access to your camera, microphone, location or contacts.

Purchases

The Microsoft Store handles purchases and licensing. We do not receive your payment details. See Microsoft's privacy statement for how the Store processes purchase data.

Children

The app collects no data from anyone, including children.

Changes

If a future version changes any of this, we will update this policy and the "What's new" notes before that version is released.
