🤖 Robotics & Material Handling

Current project features a Universal Robots collaborative arm interfaced with Keyence Vision Systems and ARS Automation’s Flexibowl for part feeding and pick-and-place automation.

☁️ Cloud & Telemetry (MQTT + AWS)

Simulated full industrial telemetry flow from PLC → MQTT → AWS IoT Core using AWS Lambda and visualized data with Streamlit Dashboards. Demonstrated scalable IIoT data pipelines for real-world deployment.

🧪 Simulation & Testing

Developed and validated complete control sequences using Codesys simulation environment and Studio 5000 Emulator. Extensive testing done before live deployment to ensure seamless operation.
